We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how returns work at Ohio Valley Soap.
30-day returns. You can return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Email sales@ohiovalleysoap.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll reply with the return address and next steps.
Damaged or wrong items. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund it.
Return shipping. The buyer pays return shipping, unless the return is because of our mistake. Then we cover it.
Refunds. Once we receive and check your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post it.
